Terms

Draft of 2 October 2026. It says what the service does today, and is to be reviewed before it opens to the public.

These terms are between you and Jonas Persson, a private person in Sweden, who runs this service. Questions go to hello@peila.se.

What the service does

You give it a public link to your app's store page or your website. It reads the page and any public reviews, says who it is for, writes posts for TikTok and Instagram, and makes a picture or a video for each post you want. It reads only public pages, and it does not post anything for you.

What is free, and what you pay for

Reading your link, the audiences and the angles are free. Writing and making the posts need a plan, which holds pictures and videos, counted apart. A video is 15 seconds with sound. Each is yours at once, clean and full size, with its caption. Making a post again uses another picture or video. If a video does not come, or comes only 8 seconds long, what was made is yours and the video is given back. The plans:

• Try it: $7 once, for 5 pictures.
• Starter: $29 a month, for 30 pictures and 2 videos a month.
• Growth: $49 a month, for 60 pictures and 5 videos a month.

A monthly plan is charged each month until you cancel it, or a year at a time at ten months' price if you choose yearly, and either way its pictures and videos start again each month. A yearly plan you cancel runs to the end of the year paid for. On Growth, those not used in a month carry over to the next, up to one month's worth. Try it is charged once, and its pictures are kept until you use them, whatever plan you are on. Prices include VAT or sales tax where it applies, so the price shown is what you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe through Link, the seller of record, which pays that tax, sends your receipts and handles refunds. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time on your plan page or through Link, and it ends at the close of the month you have paid for.

The posts you make

The pictures and captions are made by AI models from your public page. A post you make is yours to use for your app or business, on any channel. Read every post before you publish it: you are responsible for what you post and for what it says about your app or business, and the service can be wrong.

What it will not do

• Post for you. You download a post and put it up yourself.
• Ask for your passwords. A public link is all it reads.
• Promise installs. A post cannot be tied to an install.
• Make up what users say. A quote is copied from a review as written, or there is none.

Using it fairly

Read apps you make or market, and do not use the posts to mislead anyone. Readings are limited per hour so the service stays open to everyone; trying to get around the limits can end your access.

Liability

The service is offered as it is. As far as the law allows, liability is limited to what you have paid in the twelve months before a claim. Swedish law applies.

Changes

If these terms change, the new terms are posted here with their date, and anyone with a plan is told by email before they apply.
